Walking around Loughborough
Over the past few months, because I haven't been able to go out and about, I've been trying to find a way to take people on virtual walks, and to complement the trails I've already put on this blog - see list below. This has resulted in a series of Ten-Minute Town Trails. First attempts didn't quite hit the 10-minute target, and the sound is a bit varied in the first two, but things seem to be getting closer to the mark, and slightly better in sound quality! My video-editing skills are, however, non-existent, so they appear with odd highlighted scenes!
So, to coincide with the Leicestershire Festival of Archaeology 2021, I created a Ten-Minute Town Trail around the Old Town centre of Loughborough. This includes a walk past five buildings in the area around Steeple Row, Church Gate and Sparrow Hill.
Here's where to find these Ten-Minute Trails
The first is a Ten-Minute Trail around the Museums of Loughborough:
The second is a Ten-Minute Trail around the Cinemas of Loughborough:
The third is a Ten-Minute Trail around the Old Town Centre of Loughborough:
