In 1984, Park Grange Farm was added to the Borough Council and English Heritage's register of listed buildings as a Grade II listed building. I don't know much about the building, but I believe it has been vacant since 2002, and has been the subject of a number of planning applications since that time.
I only discovered it fairly recently, during lockdown actually, when my walking started to take me in different directions from previously. Back in August 2020, I took some photos from the footpath, zooming in through the wire fence and the shrubbery:
And recently, I have walked that route again, and noticed that work has started on renovation / conversion and some new builds, which according to the council website is: “Conversion, alterations and extensions to farmhouse and outbuildings to create 13 dwellings and construction of two dwellings”. With apologies for the views through the fencing!
