In an earlier post, we saw some photographs from the fabulous exhibition that is on in the Sock Gallery until 18th November, showcasing artwork and artefacts relating to the fair.
The fair comes to Loughborough each November, filling the streets with rides, stalls, lights, music and laughter! Well, except it wasn't able to come last year, so this year the build-up has been soooo exciting! I went into town the day before the fair was due to set up, and was surprised to see that some rides had already arrived and were being put up! Here's some photos from that visit (in the order I took them), and I'll follow that up with some photos from the preparations on the opening day.
